The Old Cuban

- 6 mint leaves
- 2oz aged Cuban rum
- ¾oz fresh lime juice
- ½oz simple syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- champagne float
Directions
Bruise mint leaves in a cocktail shaker. Add rum, lime juice, simple syrup and bitters. Shake with ice and strain into cocktail glass. Add champagne float.
